Ruskin

This headpiece is a two tone black and ecru velour felt. The ecru beret base sits delicately on the side of the head and has a striking black and ecru twist trim. It is held in place with a comb and an elastic or can be fitted onto an alice band. (Place the elastic under the hairline and behind the ears)
It is an ideal headpiece for the races and other special occasions.
